Kinder chocolate is a chocolate that is enjoyed not only by children but also by young people and adults. Have you ever eaten Kinder chocolate cheesecake? The combination of milk and legendary chocolate is dazzling. In this recipe, Kinder chocolate is used for both the cream and sauce, and the double cream is flavored.

Here is the most important part of this recipe. Kinder chocolate was used at every stage. It is kept in the refrigerator for a long time to make its flavor more effective and sustainable. It was again covered in nice chocolate chips.

Another good thing about this recipe is that it can be prepared without cooking. Cheesecake is mostly prepared uncooked, but there are also baked recipes. We didn't need to cook this recipe. This way, it only takes a little time to prepare. But you have to wait a little while when putting it in the refrigerator. But once you take a bite, you'll realize it was worth the wait.


No-Bake Kinder Cheesecake Recipe


It has a thick, buttery digestive biscuit base, a creamy Kinder chocolate filling, topped with a delicious Kinder chocolate ganache, whipped cream, and Kinder chocolate pieces 


All you need is:


Base:

350g Digestive biscuits, crushed

180g unsalted butter, melted


Cheesecake:

200g Kinder chocolate, melted & cooled

500ml Double cream, cold

500g Cream cheese, room temp

120g Icing sugar


Topping:

200g Kinder chocolate

120ml Double cream

4 Kinder chocolate bars, cut into pieces


Tin size: 8” springform tin


Tips:

🌟 Make sure to let the melted Kinder chocolate cool before mixing it into the cream cheese

🌟 Let the Kinder ganache cool for at least 15 minutes before pouring over the cheesecake. Place it in the fridge to speed up the process

INSTRUCTIONS




Crush 350g digestive biscuits in a blender, or put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.


Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl and mix with 180g melted unsalted butter.


Pour it into an 8" cake tin and press down firmly.


In a microwaveable bowl, add 200g kinder chocolate and microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.


Set the chocolate aside to cool.


In a large bowl, whisk 500ml double cream to stiff peaks.


In another bowl, whisk together 500g cream cheese and 120g icing sugar until combined.


Pour the melted kinder chocolate into the cream cheese mix and whisk until combined.


Fold 3/4 of the whipped cream into the mix.


Pour the cheesecake mix onto your base and smooth it out.


Refrigerate it overnight.


In a microwaveable bowl/ measuring jug, microwave 200g kinder chocolate, and 120 ml double cream, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.


Stir the melted chocolate gently and allow it to cool, then pour it over the cheesecake.


Pipe the remaining whipped cream on the top.


Place a few kinder pieces on the whipped cream.


Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
